Open Position: Student Service Manager in Nice

CIFE is looking for a STUDENT SERVICE MANAGER for its Nice office for its Joint Master programmes "Joint Master in Global Economic Governance and Public Affairs" and "Joint Master in EU Trade and Climate Diplomacy". Both programmes are organised in cooperation with the School of Government of the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome, ranked in 2023 as one of the best universities in Political Sciences in the world.
The post is on a permanent contract (CDI), 35h/week. Gross annual salary is dependent on the profile Junior or Senior.
Missions
- Organisational and logistical preparation of students
- Participation in the preparation of the academic programme for all terms in close coordination with the programme director
- Support and contact person for teaching staff/international experts
- Coordination and communication with student residences and other service providers in Nice
- Contact person for students
- Preparation and monitoring of study trips and visits to partner institutions
- Preparation and follow-up of graduation ceremonies in Nice
Profile
- Experience in administration in relation to customer services or university students OR a bachelor's degree preferably in political science, economics, history, cultural or scientific studies
- Very good language skills in English and French
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and flexibility
- Structured, independent and problem-solving working methods
- Good knowledge of Office, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint and Teams
- High level of communication and intercultural competence and pleasure in working with young people
