We’re pleased to announce that today, Herman Van Rompuy, President of CIFE, and Volodymyr Bugrov, Rector of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine), signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the two institutions.
The Memorandum foresees a cooperation on joint research programmes and an exchange of academic staff, researchers and students within study programmes.
