  • How can the rights laid out in the Charter be guaranteed and protected today?
  • Challenges and contradictions in the protection of fundamental rights;
  • Is the Charter under threat?

Speakers included numerous experts, lawyers, judges, prosecutors and jurists, as well as representatives of civil society.

The organisers were represented by Hervé Moritz, President of the European Movement France, Guy Verhofstadt, President of the European Movement International, Pier-Virgilio Dastoli, President of the European Movement Italy, and Domenec Ruiz Devesa, President of UEF Europe.
