Learning and Living Europe and the Mediterranean: Part 2

Having completed the first term of studies, our Master students change their study locations in January, moving from one country to another.

The MAEIS European Integration and Global Studies students left behind chilly Berlin for winter on the French Riviera, beginning with a workshop in cross-cultural communication and a guided tour of the Old Town and the Castle Hill. Meanwhile, the students of the Master in Global Energy Transition and Governance travelled in the opposite direction and are discovering the German capital with a visit to the German parliament organised.

The MAEIS Mediterranean Studies students have departed Nice to discover the other side of the Mediterranean in Tunis, with a range of meetings and visits already organised by our partner University Mahmoud El Materi, including  a visit of the Medina of Tunis.

Finally, the MAEIS Applied European Policy and Governance Studies students have begun the term in the European capital Brussels, with a workshop and a keynote speech on European Strategic Autonomy by Jim Cloos, as well as a cocktail reception with CIFE Alumni.

We wish them the best of luck for their second term and Happy New Year 2026!
