Joint Master Study Trip to Brussels

CIFE and Luiss School of Government organised the first ever study trip to Brussels for the Joint Master in EU Trade and Climate Diplomacy (EUDIPLO) students at the end of March.

Many interesting subjects were treated, including science diplomacy and trade, digital strategy and “Fit for 55”.

The students had the privilege of listening to a wide range of eminent speakers from the European Commission's DG Climate Action, DG Research and Innovation, DG Trade, the Council of the EU and the European External Action Service (EEAS). Highlights were keynote speeches on "Geopolitics and Economic Diplomacy of the EU External Action", on "EU Climate Diplomacy" and on the "State of the Union". The students were also able to visit the European Commission, the European External Action Service and Milieu Law & Policy Consulting.

A networking dinner with CIFE alumni, guests of EU institutions and the CIFE and LUISS faculty gave the opportunity for multiple exchanges.
