#7Masters7Days 
 

Between 2 and 8 May, CIFE launched its social media campaign #7Masters7Days to highlight one of its 7 Master’s programmes each day. Programme directors, professors, current students and alumni were all involved in contributing video content, written testimonials or articles related to each programme, with publications on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.

Day 1: MAEIS Mediterranean Studies 
The Mediterranean Studies programme in Nice, Tunis and Istanbul is aimed at the next generation of Euro-Mediterranean decision-makers with a focus on relations between the EU and the MENA region.

Day 2: Master in Global Energy Transition and Governance 
The Energy Master targets students looking to deepen their understanding of the complexities of energy transformations in Europe while studying in Nice and Berlin.

  • Drafting energy transition strategies, negotiating, writing position papers, defending positions - Rachel Guyet, Programme Director of CIFE's Master in Global Energy Transition and Governance, presents some of the skills and competences students acquire throughout the year.

Day 3: Executive Master in EU Studies  
This 2-year multi-disciplinary Master programme is designed for professionals who wish to broaden their EU expertise while pursuing their career. It offers blended learning methods combining e-learning and intensive face-to-face workshops. 


Day 4: MAEIS European Policy and Governance - Trilingual Studies 
This one-year programme with courses taught in the 3 working languages of the EU (English, French and German) targets future European decision-makers looking to deepen their knowledge of European policies and governance in a multilingual, multicultural context.

Day 5: Joint Master in Global Economic Governance and Public Affairs 
The Joint Master, offered by CIFE in Berlin and Nice and the School of Government at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, focuses on how to assess, manage and enhance private and public institutions’ governance with a wide range of economic and digital intelligence tools. 

  • Moritz Kraemer, Chief Economic Advisor and Lecturer at the Joint Master in Global Economic Governance and Public Affairs (GEGPA) introduces to his lecture on "The governance of sovereigns and sovereign risk analysis". To watch the video click here!

Day 6: Joint Master in EU Trade and Climate Diplomacy  
This programme in cooperation with the LUISS School of Government provides the necessary analytical and negotiation skills to assess the EU’s key new challenges: sustainability & climate, trade & investment and digital cooperation.

  • In his course on "Real-time Policy Tracking", Paul Culley, EU Policy Advisor, trains CIFE students for the job. Over a period of six months, they track EU negotiations, in real time, on a specific subject. Students “learn by doing” and acquire the skills and expertise – in research, analysis and writing – so that EU procedures and jargon are no longer a mystery when they make their transition from the academic world to the workplace.

Day 7: MAEIS European Integration and Global Studies  
This programme allows students to gain a deep understanding of the role of the European Union in an ever more complex world by exploring case studies and discussing with field experts.
