"L'Europe en formation" lance l'appel à contributions pour un prochain dossier thématique : "Climate policies after the Paris Agreement (PA)"

This thematic issue of "L'Europe en formation" will specifically inquire into the following topics:
- Climate policies of developed and developing countries, and their articulation to the commitments and pledges included in the PA
- An analysis of the content of the PA itself, focusing on the main building blocks of the agreement: differentiated responsibilities and commitments; financial transfers between rich and developing countries; capacity to make the agreement enforceable
- A comparative analysis of the PA and the KP, from different perspectives: objectives, instruments, ambitions, legal status, etc.
- The way the Paris negotiations have been conducted and concluded, with a view on the role of the main negotiating parties (countries, groups of countries, key individual actors, etc.)
